Improve the site you already have
Your site works, but does it feel cramped and dated on a phone?
You do not need to rebuild from scratch. We check the mobile layout, readability, visual polish, speed, search visibility and link previews, then fix the problems that matter.
- Keep your current site and improve it
- Agree the scope and price before any work starts
- Not just a report — the fixes are included
The first look and scoping conversation are free. Nothing is charged through this site.
Problems we see before
- Video fills the first screen, so what the business does appears late.
- The enquiry link is small, so it is unclear where to click.
- Services, work, credentials and process are scattered across boards and notices.
- Titles, descriptions, canonical URLs and share previews are not distinguished per page.
Structure after
- One sentence states what the business does, first.
- Target customers and service area sit directly beneath it.
- Quote enquiry and portfolio become buttons that are easy to tap.
- Scope, work, credentials, process and FAQ are gathered on one page.
Common problems
If any of these sound familiar, they can be fixed
-
Text is tiny and the layout gets cut off on phones
Visitors have to pinch to zoom, or parts of the page run off the side of the screen.
-
There is plenty of information, but no clear starting point
Important notices and minor details are all set at the same size and weight.
-
The design looks dated, so the business does too
Mismatched fonts, spacing and colours make the site feel older than it is.
-
Shared links show a broken preview
The title shows as a raw URL, or the image is missing or shows the wrong picture.
-
Search results show no description or image
Only the title appears, so there is nothing to make someone click through.
-
The site is slow or throws errors
The first screen takes too long, or certain pages show an error instead of content.
-
You are not sure what to fix first
Plenty looks wrong, but the priority and the cost are hard to judge.
What is included
We state up front what we do and what we do not
Included in the work
-
Responsive and mobile layout review
We check the common screen sizes for cut-off and sideways scrolling, and fix what we find.
-
Readability and typography
Text size, line height and column width are set to comfortable reading values.
-
Information order and visual hierarchy
What matters most is placed and weighted so it is seen first.
-
Core design cleanup
Spacing, colour, buttons and dividers are brought under one consistent set of rules.
-
Basic performance check
We look for the obvious causes such as oversized images and unnecessary scripts.
-
SEO essentials
Titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap and robots are filled in properly.
-
Open Graph and link previews
Shared links show the right title, description and image.
-
Major browser check
We confirm the layout holds up in Chrome, Safari and Edge.
-
Accessibility basics
Contrast, alternative text and keyboard navigation are reviewed.
-
Post-deployment check
After the changes go live we check again for console errors and broken links.
Not included as standard
- Building a large online store
- Complex membership or payment systems
- Full brand strategy work
- Unlimited rounds of revisions
- Changes to systems the client does not own
- Unconfirmed server or plugin outages
- Long-term maintenance without a separate agreement
Anything on this list can still be discussed as separate scope. It is simply not part of the standard packages.
Before and after
The same content, read very differently
Nothing is deleted. The order and the sizing change. The example below recreates common problems and is not a real client site.
- The offer buried under video
- Reorder the page so one sentence about the service comes first.
- A small, unclear enquiry link
- The quote enquiry becomes a button large enough to tap.
- Information scattered across pages
- Services, work, credentials and process are gathered into one readable order.
SEO work here means organising titles, descriptions, canonical URLs and share information so search engines understand the service and its main pages more consistently. Actual search performance has to be measured over time in Search Console — impressions, clicks, CTR, queries, pages and average position.

Work
Only what we have actually verified
There are no paying client case studies yet. We are recruiting our first pilot clients, so we have not invented testimonials or performance figures. What follows is work carried out on our own project.
MindHub
A web prototype that helps people organise and summarise information while preparing for a mental health consultation. It is not a medical diagnostic service, and the public demo runs on synthetic sample data.
- Responsive mobile layout
- Information structure and readability
- Pre-consultation summary flow
- Browser-based usability review
- Open Graph and share preview handling
- Access control and public demo safety review
This is a prototype we built ourselves. It is not paid client work and not a medical service deployment.
How we handle case studies
- No company name, logo or screenshot is published before the client agrees.
- A prospect in conversation is never presented as a completed client.
- We do not invent testimonials or performance figures.
- If we have not verified it ourselves, we do not write it down.
How we work
Trust comes from the process, not the promise
-
The scope is written down first
We agree in writing what will and will not be changed before any work starts.
-
We do not sell what you do not need
Features unrelated to your actual problem are not proposed. If you do not need it, we say so.
-
Before and after is documented
You get material showing exactly what changed and how.
-
We only claim what we checked
We use AI-assisted analysis and automated browser testing, but the final result is verified by hand before handover.
Technologies We Work With
A practical toolkit for building, testing, deploying, and improving digital experiences.
We select tools based on each project’s goals and existing environment. AI-assisted workflows may be used, while final results are reviewed and verified.

AI & Data
Not every technology is used on every project.
AI-assisted tools may support research, drafting, development, and review. Final deliverables are checked and verified before delivery. For client data we confirm the scope and sensitivity before choosing which tools apply.
FAQ
Worth reading before you get in touch
Do I need to rebuild my current website?
No. This service keeps your existing site and fixes the parts that cause problems. If the structure makes an improvement impractical, we tell you that and explain why.
Can you work on it without having built it?
Yes. The first look is based on your public pages. For the fix stage we need admin or code access that you own.
Does this work with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and similar platforms?
Usually, provided you have permission to edit the layout and settings. Areas the platform locks down cannot be changed, so we confirm what is possible during the first look.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. An audit usually takes a few days; core improvements depend on the number of agreed items. The exact timing is fixed when we agree the scope.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Each package includes a set number of small adjustment rounds. Changes within the agreed scope are handled there. Anything beyond it is quoted separately.
Do you guarantee first place in search results?
No. Search ranking depends on many factors outside our control. What this service does is make sure the basics — titles, descriptions and link previews — are set up correctly.
How does payment work?
Not through this site. Once the scope and price are agreed we arrange it separately. The currency shown here is for reference; the actual payment currency and method are agreed during the consultation.
Can I hire you from outside Korea?
Yes. Contract, tax and payment terms differ by country, so we confirm those individually during the consultation. Transfer fees and currency conversion costs may apply.
